Cabinet for power control components

As part of the implementation of another project at the SBG production site (https://sbg-team.ru/), a combined cabinet with power component control functions (agitator motors and pumps) has been assembled, as well as the management of distributed peripheral process elements, like valves, sensors and so on.

The cabinet allows to control and monitor the following elements of the control system:
– 8 mixers – direct control through contact groups;
– 5 pumps – control via frequency converters;
– 140 valves – control via Smart device Think Top;
– 20 valves – control through the pnemo island;
– more than 60 analog and discrete sensors – control via Siemens ET200SP modules.

Advanced components from Siemens, Systeme Electric, Camozzi, Veda and Klemsan were used as the base elements for the assembly of the cabinet. The cabinet has high degree of IP protection, stainless steel housing, built-in air conditioner. This makes it possible to install the cabinet in an area with difficult climatic conditions.

The cabinet has passed a complex of electrical and software tests and is ready for installation on the production site to perform its functions.
