Installation of a New Sour Cream and Condensed Milk Production Area

The SBG team has completed installation work in the sour cream and condensed milk production areas at a new dairy plant in Kazakhstan.

The company performed installation and piping of the technically complex GEA TDS equipment. Additionally, a zone for electrical automation cabinets of SBG’s own production was designed and built from scratch. The following works were carried out:

• Dismantling and relocation of the thermizer from the sour cream fermentation area and the MIROMATIC filling machine with a buffer tank;
• Installation of the above-mentioned equipment in the new condensed milk workshop;
• Installation of pipe bridges and pipelines, valve manifolds, brackets and main cable trays;
• Installation of MCC cabinets in the switchgear room of the condensed milk workshop;
• Installation of local control cabinets in the areas, cable and pneumatic tubing routing (integration, connection, labeling and commissioning);
• Installation of MCC cabinets in the switchgear room of the ammonia compressor station, manufacturing of metal frames for variable frequency drives, cable routing and connection;
• Installation of the boiler in the boiler room and its piping, installation of control cabinets for the boiler and deaerator, and service platforms;
• Cable routing and connection.

The team is currently continuing work at the plant in terms of startup and production support.
