Production of Control Cabinets

SBG designed, assembled and shipped control and automation cabinets to the site for automation of the vegetable oil receiving and transfer area at its own production facility. The solution ensures reliable and convenient operation of the entire process.
The system includes:
- pumping equipment control cabinet;
- automation cabinet with an operator panel (HMI) for full control and management of the process (valves, sensors, etc.).
The equipment is housed in stainless steel enclosures with IP65 protection rating and sloped roofs — this guarantees compliance with sanitary requirements and stable operation in a production environment.
The cabinet assembly was based on proven components from Siemens, Systeme Electric, EMC and Klemsan.
