Kefir Production Area Modernization

The SBG team has carried out a comprehensive modernization of the kefir production area at a plant in Kemerovo.

The key stages of work included:

• Installation of a valve manifold for the fermentation tanks. Lines were installed with the capability of cleaning separately from the tanks;
• Manufacturing and supply of a new control cabinet;
• Manufacturing and integration of an air preparation module.

As a result of the project, a production area has been launched that meets all the requirements of modern food manufacturing in terms of food safety, operation, and automation.
