Valve Manifold Replacement

SBG has completed the replacement of the valve manifold for the pasteurized milk storage tanks, as well as the service platforms. The joint effort of the design and installation departments made it possible to install the equipment in confined spaces. The work was carried out with minimal downtime of the existing equipment.

The company performed the following scope of work:

• Supply of components and equipment from ALFA LAVAL
• Supply of a control cabinet based on SIEMENS, manufactured in-house
• Installation works
• Electrical installation works
• Development and integration of software
• Commissioning and start-up works
• Production support and supervision
