SBG is currently carrying out a project to set up an oil handling facility at a french fries production plant. The project includes a full range of works to create a modern system for oil storage, receiving and distribution.

The project scope includes:

• Supply of tank equipment;
• Oil receiving equipment;
• Oil supply system to consumers;
• Automated control system;
• Installation and commissioning works.

The oil supply line capacity is 25 m3/h, and the total oil storage volume is 199 m3.

SBG has extensive experience in supplying ROTATION UNIT assemblies for Tetra Pak packaging machines to its customers.

What is a ROTATION UNIT? It consists of:

• Pressure Jaw (Speed) — a pneumatic pressure system, complete assembly, designed to apply pressure to the packaging material in the area of the glue seam;
• Sealing Jaw (Speed) — a sealing system, complete assembly, for fixing the glue seam.
